Responsibilities
Peraton's Procurement Organization is seeking a Procurement Lead Associate. This Lead Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Apply supply chain risk management (SCRM) strategies in support of programs and proposals to include, but not limited to, completing SCRM questionnaires, drafting SCRM plans, writing SCRM narratives.
- Implement and sustain Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) to include CMMC data repository ownership, performing compliance reviews on all new subcontract and purchase orders, and ensuring subcontract compliance to CMMC for all L1 contracts.
- Lead various SCRM projects including but not limited to roll-out of supplier SCRM self-assessments, roll-out secure software development attestations, roll-out software bill of materials usage.
- Serve as vendor manager overseeing vendor relationship management, compliance, risk management, and performance management.
Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with BS/BA or 7 years with an Associates Degree.
- 9+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Familiarity with review of government requests for proposals.
- Solid knowledge FAR/DFAR clauses relevant to material and labor procurements.
- Experience with Federal and/or DoD supply chain management policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate at all levels of management.
- Able to lead others to solve complex problems.
- Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
- Capability to lead projects or project steps within a broader project or be accountable for on-going activities or objectives.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.EEO
