Then we’d love to hear from you!</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><ul><li>You’ll be our project lead for developing and executing Ramboll’s corporate data strategy resting on global data principles and a data mesh approach.</li><li>You will develop a high-level business information architecture focusing on AI and data products with all 7 global markets.</li><li>You will facilitate the mapping and structuring of data across systems to support data product strategies together with data architects.</li><li>You'll design the guardrails for a scalable and flexible data infrastructure, defining standards and protocols for data use, storage, and quality to enable easy access and analysis across the organization.</li><li>Within Ramboll, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and be their contact person for questions around Ramboll's corporate data strategy.</li><li>Project management, including budget responsibility, will be part of your role.</li><li>You will work with experienced, motivated, and high performing colleagues and assist them through the strategy process with organizational and subject matter skills, as well as guiding more junior colleagues in the project.</li></ul><p>We offer you ample freedom for your ideas to shape this role.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li>You can architect the flow of information and knowledge in a heterogenous organization with different levels of technological maturity.</li><li>You are well-versed in developing and implementing data strategies with a business value-driven mindset.</li><li>You have advanced technical skills with experience in designing, building, and optimizing data infrastructure and databases.</li><li>You are proficient in data modeling, data integration, and setting up reliable data pipelines for analytical or operational uses.</li><li>You can rapidly understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations.</li><li>You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you.</li><li>You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office.</li></ul><p>We encourage you to apply even if your profile does not meet all the requirements for the role.
