Position Description
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Stunt Team is a premier performance group delivering high-energy, crowd-thrilling entertainment at games, special events, community appearances, and school visits. Team members execute dynamic stunts and acrobatic routines, engage with fans, pose for photos, and sign autographs—bringing excitement and athletic excellence to every appearance.


Essential Functions
• Execute high-level partner stunts, pyramids, and acrobatic routines during home games to elevate the Buccaneers fan experience and enhance stadium entertainment.
• Serve as visible brand ambassadors for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at games, appearances, and community events.
• Support gameday sponsor activations through live performances and interactive promotions.
• Interact with fans to foster an engaging, high-energy atmosphere throughout games and events.
• Assist with youth clinics and Junior Stunt or Junior Cheer programs, serving as mentors and role models.
• Participate in team photo shoots and promotional media opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support and enhance the overall game day entertainment and event operations, as directed by the Cheer & Stunt Managers.


Skills & Abilities
• Ability to quickly learn, execute, and adapt to advanced stunting techniques, partner lifts, pyramids, and acrobatic choreography in high-pressure environments
• Strong verbal communication, crowd engagement, and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
• Skilled in entertaining and connecting with large crowds as well as individuals, creating a dynamic and energetic atmosphere
• Highly motivated, confident, and passionate team members with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and charismatic presence
• Outstanding time management, reliability, and punctuality for practices, games, and appearances
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members, coaching staff, and organizational personnel
• Available and committed to all home games, mandatory practices, and scheduled team appearances and events
• Able to lead and follow in high-performing team settings, with flexibility and strong situational awareness

• Familiarity with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers brand, the NFL, and a foundational understanding of football


Experience & Education
• 5 or more years of experience in cheerleading, gymnastics, partner stunting, or related athletic disciplines preferred
• Background in coed stunting, tumbling, or acrobatics is highly desirable
• Versatility across multiple performance styles (e.g., traditional cheer, all-star, collegiate, or competitive stunting) is a plus


Work Environment
• The Buccaneers organization operates in a professional, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment centered around live entertainment and fan engagement.
• Role requires extended evening and weekend hours, especially during the NFL season; must be available to work all home games.
• Occasional holiday work may be necessary depending on the game and event schedule.
• High-intensity, performance-driven atmosphere requiring focus, adaptability, and execution under tight timelines and public visibility.
• While the majority of responsibilities are physical and performance-based, some administrative and promotional tasks may involve computer and desk work.
• May be required to drive personal or company vehicles for appearances, community events, and team-related travel.


Physical Fitness Standards
• Must have the physical strength, endurance, and agility to perform elite partner stunts, pyramids, and acrobatic sequences at peak intensity for extended periods (up to 4 hours per game or event).
• Must be able to safely and consistently execute high-impact stunts, including lifts, tosses, and catches, in both practice and live performance settings.
