Sr. Network Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of experience supporting global network systems and subsystems; troubleshooting a wide range of Local Area Network (LAN), Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), Software Defined-Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN), and network/service availability; and making recommendations for system fixes and enhancements. 

• Possess a TS security clearance with SCI eligible, or eligible to obtain. 
• Possess a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise or higher certification. 
• DoD 8140 IAT Level III

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of experience working with teams of network operations/engineering staff with skills applicable to a DoD program environment.
• A minimum of three years planning and executing local and long-haul communications. 
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field or equivalent experience. 
• Demonstrated experience with risk management and making recommendations for leveraging network installations and reducing operation costs. 
• A minimum of three years working experience supporting and troubleshooting firewall appliances and rulesets and working with firewall solutions. 
• A minimum of three years working experience integrating and troubleshooting cyber security solutions in enterprise network environments.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
