About the role:

The Web Experience team is part of our Platform organization, and owns the end-to-end experience of our web dashboard, ensuring a cohesive, consistent, and delightful experience across our entire user base. The web dashboard is the primary interface for our customers and is essential to supporting them across their entire operations - helping them monitor their employees, understand IoT data and generate reports, and conduct critical workflows to resolve issues and ensure their business remains operational. The dashboard also lies at the center of our Connected Operations Platform, driving rich cross-product experiences so that our customers can manage their operations via a single pane of glass. We’re looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager to help re-imagine our web dashboard and build foundations that will allow us to effectively scale across new products and industries.

As a member of the Product team, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end success of new products and features that delight our customers and further Samsara’s vision. Samsara’s approach to product management is rooted in a deep understanding of the customer. You’ll learn about our customers’ operations, identify the most meaningful problems that we could solve for them, and develop a product vision that maximizes the impact Samsara can make on the market. With a laser focus, entrepreneurial spirit, and easy-to-work-with collaborative approach, you’ll help us drive the next step change in growth of our web platform.

In this role, you will: 

• Work with our talented engineering and design teams to re-imagine and deliver a new end-to-end web dashboard experience for all of Samsara’s customers
• Own and build foundational strategies and frameworks to support all product areas, including our design system and in-product education framework
• Collaborate with product line PMs in a ‘platform PM’ capacity to support their initiatives, align priorities, and interlock dependencies
