Job Summary:
Reporting to the Snr Director, Enterprise Strategic Program Management, the Snr Manager, Enterprise Strategic Program Management plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from concept through execution. Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders and teams, this role ensures programs are aligned to corporate priorities, delivered on time, and achieve measurable business outcomes. The Snr Manager leads a portfolio of complex, high-visibility initiatives, managing project teams, mitigating risks, and enabling executive decision-making through clear communication and deep operational governance.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with high attention to detail, capable of navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and implement program plans and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide strategic guidance to project managers.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Mentor junior project managers.
Expected Qualifications:
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Provide regular updates and executive-ready reporting to the Senior Director and leadership committees.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, tools, and governance frameworks.
