What You Will Do:
You will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant business challenges our clients face. You will support our teams as we help our clients transform their business processes, systems, improve internal controls, improve efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance management, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The nature of our projects requires self-motivated individuals who are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team environment. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the areas of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.
You’ll be working with an experienced team to support the development of client deliverables, internal and client-facing presentations, day-to-day project logistics, and any additional project tasks.
Depending on your area of study and team assignment, this position provides individuals the opportunity to serve clients in the area(s) of grants management, construction management, capital project delivery, and housing assessments, studies etc.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
- Minimum Degree Status Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in 2023 and graduate by Summer of 2024)
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country

What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Degree/Majors Preferred: Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Construction Management, Grants Management, Housing, Public Administration
- Desire to support public sector clients with a focused mission on Disaster Recovery; Capital Projects and Infrastructure; and Housing
- 1+ years of consulting experience
- Knowledge and understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with economic and financial analysis and research
- Proactive and independent work style
- Ability to assume ownership of significant portions of tasks while collaborating with a close-knit team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skill
