Job Title
Oracle Cloud SCM Project Manager
Job Summary
The Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager to deliver Oracle Cloud Transformation programs that address clients’ business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams, including onshore/offshore members.
Responsibilities
• Provide detailed task planning, effort estimation and progress tracking to the project manager for all development-related activities and ensure the development team delivers to project plans.
• Direct and oversee both onshore and offshore developers, ensuring the prescribed development best practice processes are followed and all deliverables are completed to the required (high) quality.
• Actively participate in risk management and change management on projects.
• Work with functional leads to ensure the technical solutions are fit for purpose.
• Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building
• Manage business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on implementation and post-implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques
Required Skills:
• Ability to deliver Oracle Cloud Project >$5M as Project Manager with multiple tracks.
• EM Certified at least L1,
• Should have delivered at least 2 Transformation programs in Project Manager Capacity >$3M in fees.
• Proficient in following Scrum methodology for the build phase and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Oracle Cloud ERP hands on experience or solution architect mindset to validate solution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy or Computer Science
• Willingness to travel weekly as needed
