Job description:

· Installing, adding on, or replacing HVAC systems in residential homes

· Teaching and instructing Install Helpers while on job sites or working around shop areas

· Providing a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicating with homeowners

The Requirements

· Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work

· Customer Service Oriented

· Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

· Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player

· Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills

· EPA Certification

· Valid Driver’s License & Must have a driver's license for three years or longer

· 2+ Years of HVAC installation experience, preferably in the residential market

Potential earnings $140k-$150k ($up to $35/hr)
