Enhancements Production Manager

Clean Scapes is looking for a Production Manager in our Enhancements Department. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for directing and leading the work of other crew members within the maintenance enhancements division of Clean Scapes. You will ensure safe work practices are followed. A Production Manager reports to the Project Manager and is the primary point of contact for the crew in the field. 

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and direction to crew members; coach and train new employees.
• Coordinate all aspects of running a crew—including transport of materials, equipment, and employees between job sites; tracking and reporting of job times to Account Managers; coordinating with other crews; arranging for equipment maintenance and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate crew needs, problems, and concerns and report issues with job sites, vehicles, equipment, and employees to Account Managers. 
• Work with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration.
• Develop a clear understanding of the hourly and cost budgets for each of your jobs. Monitor by reviewing job hours, reports, and job costs regularly and act as needed. Communicate budget hours to assistants and crewmembers.
• Ensure that all team members follow safety procedures including the use of proper PPE and the inspection of tools and equipment.
• Responsible for quality control of jobs.
• Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

This role involves heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks in Texas weather conditions. Safety and awareness are crucial, especially when handling machinery and equipment.
