Position Summary 
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to fulfill the role of Talent Manager. In this position, you will take charge of resource allocation, operational efficiency, and most importantly, the growth and development of our team members. Your focus will be on establishing and supporting frameworks for nurturing our people, ensuring they have the resources, support, and opportunities needed to thrive within our organization and do the best work of their careers.

Resource Management

• Assess resource needs for projects and initiatives and allocate resources accordingly.
• Work closely with project leaders and team members to understand project requirements and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Continuously monitor resource utilization and capacity, making adjustments as necessary to support project delivery and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify talent needs and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Operations Management

• Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization.
• Proactively identify operational challenges and develop solutions to address them, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all operational activities.

People Development Framework

• Establish frameworks and processes for the growth and development of team members.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, including career development planning, goal setting, and performance feedback.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Communication and Collaboration

• Foster open communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a culture of transparency, trust, and mutual respect.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Keep stakeholders informed of resource allocation decisions, operational updates, and progress towards people development goals.

The US average base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $110,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, but they are subject to change based on the following factors: role, experience level, education/certification, job-related skills, and working location. Please note that some states within the US have pay/hiring laws that may affect the salary range listed above.
