About the role

About Neurodevelopmental Services

Our unique Neurodevelopmental Center offers group services for children and adolescents with autism, and other neurodevelopmental challenges, that are not available anywhere else! Our ABA model is inclusive of play-based, compassionate, naturalistic teaching approaches. We provide 1:1 aides for clients who need more support to participate in our therapeutic learning groups, and we offer intensive parent training groups.

We focus on the core challenges clients face that impact their daily functioning and quality of life. We provide therapy to enhance skills such as social connection, emotional regulation, communication, daily living, and sensory development to promote independence and self-determination.

Our Clinical Model:

Our unique center-based group model is not only beneficial for clients.  Behavior technicians benefit greatly by being surrounded by their peers, supervisors, and trainers throughout the day.  Supervision and training is provided by onsite speech therapists, behavior analysts, psychologists, and occupational therapists. Our clinical model stems from the latest autism research emphasizing the (1) Importance of early intervention and socialization for autistic children, (2) Parent support and training, and (3) Teaching curriculums that focus on functional skills to enhance the quality of life to all our clients.
