At Joshua Tree Experts, we are looking for a competitive, self-motivated Home Services Sales Account Manager to take ownership of our Little Rock territory.

You do not need tree care or landscaping experience to win here. If you bring the sales drive, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic, we will teach you everything you need to know about our services and industry standards.

The Role

This is a year-round outside sales position built on relationship selling and territory growth. You will be the face of our premium brand in Little Rock-meeting homeowners face-to-face, inspecting properties, building quotes, and selling complete outdoor property solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive Sales: Prospect, educate homeowners, and close high-ticket service contracts using a consultative, relationship-first approach.

• Own Your Territory: Target high-end neighborhoods, cultivate referrals, and build a consistent pipeline of new business.

• Inspect & Estimate: Conduct on-site property evaluations and provide prompt, accurate quotes.

• Deliver Great Experience: Follow up with clients after job completion to ensure 100% satisfaction and build long-term retention.

• Partner with Operations: Work closely with our office team and production crews to ensure jobs are scheduled and executed to scope.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3–5+ years of proven success in outside sales, B2C field sales, or account management.

• A track record of hitting sales targets, managing a pipeline, and closing deals.

• Great communication and confidence speaking face-to-face with local homeowners.

• Strong self-management-you are organized, reliable, and run your day without needing to be micromanaged.

• Comfortable using modern technology (tablets, email, CRM software).

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Bonus Points (Not Required): Previous sales experience in home services, tree care, pest control, or lawn care.

The Pay: Built for Real Closers

We believe top performers should control their own paychecks. This position is structured to reward people who know how to produce:

• First 90 Days (Ramp-Up): Small base pay + commission to support you while you complete training, learn our service lines, and build your initial pipeline.

• Day 91+ (Full Commission): Reverts to 100% Commission with uncapped earning potential.
