INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Wisper Headquarters - Mascoutah, IL

Pay: $20/hour base + Commission with performance - Make up to $60K

Wisper Internet is seeking a full-time exempt Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our wireless internet services. We are looking for motivated sales people who want to earn as much as $1,700 extra per month (+$20K annually) in commissions when you drive sales from inbound calls! You will work primarily with prospective customers to help them find the best solutions to meet their needs. What it's like to be a Inside Sales Representative at Wisper

As a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative at Wisper ISP, you'll engage directly with customers by answering inbound calls during your scheduled shifts, which may include one Saturday per month for an influx of opportunities. You'll efficiently manage leads through our CRM system, tracking progress and pushing deals through the sales pipeline. By utilizing various discounts and offers, you'll provide the best internet solutions tailored to each caller's needs. Following up on missed calls and contacting warm leads from our website will be part of your daily routine. Collaboration with the Customer Service team will ensure a seamless customer experience, while you'll utilize our integrated mapping system to identify serviceability.

Furthermore, you'll coordinate with installation teams to schedule successful customer setups. Excitingly, commissions will be paid on successful installs, serviceable close ratios, and average revenue, providing you an excellent opportunity to boost your earnings!

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills
• Must be well organized, detail-orientated & process driven
• Ability to adjust hours to meet the needs of customers
• College preferred but not required
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone and via email
• Proven experience in sales preferred but not required - looking for desire to excel
