Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Support installation, startup, commissioning, and deployment of new and rebuilt automated equipment.

· Perform equipment testing and validation prior to production startup and customer acceptance.

· Provide on-site support for equipment installation, service, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operator training.

· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation-related issues.

· Support PLCs, HMIs, robotic systems, motion control systems, VFDs, and related automation hardware.

· Partner with engineering, project management, manufacturing, maintenance, and plant operations teams.

· Follow and promote safe work practices throughout all job functions

· Share responsibility for rotating after-hours field service coverage.

Basic Qualifications

· Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

· Experience in field service, automation, manufacturing, controls, or equipment commissioning.

· Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

· Experience troubleshooting industrial equipme
