Apply today!</p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Job Details </b></h1><p></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the Regional Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, </span><span>you will be part of the International Talent Acquisition Team. </span></p><p></p><p><span>As a Senior </span><span>Talent Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent for Cencora’s growing Global Pharma Services organization and w</span><span>ill be responsible for </span><span>full-cycle recruiting including identifying, attracting, and engaging talent</span><span>. </span></p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Consult hiring manager to understand all aspects of the profiles and provide and recommend recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in the identified time frames.</li><li>Identify and engage candidates via social media and job boards, contribute to enhancing and promoting our employer brands and coordinate internal job postings and</li><li>Attract, assess and present candidates</li><li>Lead final negotiations with candidate and coordinate the pre-hiring and hiring process</li><li>Communicate and build lasting relationships with hiring managers,  candidates and HRBP throughout the recruitment process</li><li>Advice hiring managers on recruitment policies and guidelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide and present your KPIs with your leader, Talent Acquisition Team, on a regular basis .</li><li>Involve in some Talent Acquisition Strategic Projects in collaboration with the International Talent Acquisition Team</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>.</p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>You are passionate about Recruitment</li><li>You have a Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (on sales, logistics and support function roles)</li><li>Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods across multiple locations</li><li>Strong sourcing and networking skills; with proactive sourcing methodologies, preferably using LinkedIn Recruiter.</li><li>Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</li><li>Strong organizational skills; attention to detail</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with others and build strong relationships .</li><li>Proactive with high adaptability and a problem-solving attitude</li><li>English proficiency</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Location</b></p><p>Madrid or Barcelona</p><p></p><p></p><h1><b><b><b>What Cencora offers</b></b></b></h1><p></p><p>​Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
