Qualifications

For our Munich office (in a hybrid working model) we are recruiting for an

Associate, Drug Safety DACH (f/m/d)

in temporary employment via 3rd party.

The position will be responsible to support all relevant PV activities within the DACH region. This includes but is not limited to routine activities as reconciliation activities, triage of cases, follow-up letters and other compliance related documentations. In addition, the role will support the international pharmacovigilance team in all administrative tasks and documentation related to Safety report intake and reconciliation to support a global database transfer project. 

What You’ll Do

Drug Saftey:

  • Conducting and documenting of PV Intake related activities
  • Mailbox screening
  • Reconciliation and quality related activities
  • Supports Drug Safety team in collecting, documenting, and processing of adverse event and pregnancy reports.
  • Performs affiliate triage of incoming safety reports incl. triage based on seriousness.
  • Supports Drug Safety team in management and tracking of follow-up requests 

Global Database Project Management: 

  • Administrative planning and monitoring of project related tasks
  • Support of data transfer and local database (VAST) related activities as part of the global database project
  • Support on project related activities as needed

Additional Information

Required Skills

  • Degree in natural sciences or equivalent education in combination with initial professional experience in a scientific department of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Preferred:  3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or comparable fields (e.g. Quality)
  • Project management experience beneficial
  • Database handling
  • Excellent skills with MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in complex cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of GDP and European Pharmacovigilance legislation 
  • English and German language skills
