We are seeking a Manager for our Image Quality Team who has a background in medical imaging (CT/MRI) and preferably a medical physicist background, to play a vital role within our company. As a member of our Services team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our Image Quality Team, implementing and improving imaging protocols and workflows for our customers, providing valuable product feedback based on customer interactions, and contributing to various projects as needed.
We are seeking a Manager for our Image Quality Team who has a background in medical imaging (CT/MRI) and preferably a medical physicist background, to play a vital role within our company. As a member of our Services team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our Image Quality Team, implementing and improving imaging protocols and workflows for our customers, providing valuable product feedback based on customer interactions, and contributing to various projects as needed.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage the Image Quality Team, providing direction and support to ensure effective troubleshooting of image quality issues at customer sites.
- Develop optimized protocol recommendations for new modules and products in development, collaborating closely with the product development teams.
- Effectively manage and create streamlined processes for the imaging team, ensuring efficient workflows and clear communication channels.
- Address product accuracy concerns raised by customers and engage in discussions to resolve complaints effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive product enhancements as well as stay compliant with industry standards.
- Offer on-site and/or remote imaging support to customers as required.
- Deliver effective training sessions using diverse methodologies such as product demonstrations, one-on-one discussions, and live webinars.
- Act as a liaison between clients and RapidAI teams to ensure timely project completion and complaint resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal Radiologists and Physicists.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to assess utilization, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify upsell, growth, and expansion opportunities with existing accounts.
- Communicate new product information and educational opportunities to clients.
- This position has direct report responsibilities.
- Perform any other related activities assigned by reporting manager.
Technical Competency & Skill Requirements:
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in CT and MRI services, training methodologies, and product material.
- Maintain proficiency in the use of medical imaging (CT/MRI) equipment or medical imaging physics, preferably bring a Medical Physicist background.
- Experience in project management discipline and implementation methodologies is advantageous.
- Extensive familiarity with hospital and clinical environments, healthcare IT systems, and software.
- Proficiency in Google, Microsoft, and Apple products and functionalities.

What you bring:
- Strong understanding of medical imaging protocols and workflow.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Masters or PHD in Medical Physics.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical and/or educational neuro CT/MR.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects in healthcare/health-tech field.
- Preferred certifications:
- CT/MRI certificate from ARRT/American Board of Radiology or equivalent certifying organization.
- Certification from a recognized board such as American Board of Radiology (ABR), Medical Physics (ABMP) or equivalent certifying organization.
