Head of Co-financed Public Sector Programs

SoftOne is looking for a Head of Co-financed Public Sector Projects and Programs to join our talented team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Evaluate, organize and present information to management about national and international grant proposals and products to be developed
• Research funding sources and disseminate information on funding opportunities for SOFTONE Group and SOFTONE’s clients
• Monitor the progress of the economic and physical object via automated tools
• Provision of support for matters of management, maturation and implementation of co-financed projects and programs
• Monitor of financial and physical objects of projects and programs with the aim of their effective implementation
• Prepare budgets and write or assist in writing components of grant proposals as well as the document preparation for subsidized programs (or similar initiatives)
• Support in the drafting or review of transaction technical data sheets, sub-project technical data sheets, equity implementation decisions, monthly expenditure statement sheets and indicator statement sheets
• Support in the preparation, execution and follow-up of administrative and on-the-spot verifications and support in actions related to audits by the competent national and Community bodies and financial corrections
• Assessment of effectiveness / efficiency of projects / programs - determination of monitoring indicators, outputs and results
• Support in drafting or reviewing tender documents and public procurement or service contracts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Recognized higher education degree in a positive or theoretical direction
• At least 3 years of work experience in the management of co-financed projects or programs (ΕΣΠΑ, ΕΟΧ, etc.), either as a consultant or as an executive of a managing authority
• Teamwork and very good cooperation
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek language
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Organizational skills and very good time management
• Standardization in the control of administrative documents and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Very good written and personal communication
