Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital is a fully integrated, state-of-the-art medical campus that includes Diagnostic Centers, Outpatient Surgery and a 24-hour Emergency Department. Martin North Hospital is part of the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, a nonprofit, multispecialty, academic medical center that integrates clinical and hospital care with research and education.
The 44-bed 4NW Med/Surg and Urology Unit at Martin Health North provides care to patients with kidney disease, high blood pressure and other related issues. As an RN Resident on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in ensuring these patients have the best treatment experience possible. You will learn from inspiring and highly motivated coaches, allowing you to enhance your skills and grow as a nurse.

Our Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being sets caregiver safety as a priority, identifying, reporting and responding to incidents and providing safety resources.
A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00AM — 7:30PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Participate in a residency core curriculum based on their individual learning needs.
Provide direct nursing care, alongside a coach, in accordance with established healthcare organization policies, procedures and protocols.
Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care activities based on the following: acuity of need, patient preference, and resource availability.
Initiate and/or maintain interventions to assure continuity of safe/effective care for patients.
Respond to data indicating risk to individual's health and initiate action to correct, reduce, or prevent the risk.
