What You'll Do:
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing user requirements and user experience feedback. Evaluate various product metrics from the user's perspective and propose improvement suggestions. Optimize the usability and user experience of existing products to enhance user satisfaction.
- Initiate and participate in user research. Collect and analyze user requirements, identify typical user scenarios, and optimize solutions based on the results.
- Write product experience and walkthrough test plans, including test scenarios and test cases, covering but not limited to localization testing.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
- 5+ years of SDET experience in developing automation solutions.
- At least 1 year of experience in mobile applications, including but not limited to development, testing, product management, or project management.
- Deep understanding of user experience design theories, methods, and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with experience in E-Commerce or cross-border E-Commerce are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of testing strategy, planning, process, test data management and defect management.
- Self-driven and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with keen observation abilities.
- Strong teamwork and stress management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $218500 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
