2nd Shift
Job Summary:
Molding Maintenance supports Molding Operations by maintaining molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
Troubleshoot and repair basic injection molding machines and molding auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot and repair advanced or intermediate injection molding machines and molding auxiliary equipment with assistance. Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work. Set up and operate machines, and adjust controls to regulate operations. Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment. Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems. Safely performs task to ensure safety of all employees. Performs preventative maintenance on machines and document as called out in the procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems or machine mechanics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics or hydraulics.
