Job Purpose and Impact

The Controls Program Integration & Management Lead will develop the execution of the strategy, investment and future state internal control processes across enterprises and corporate functions for the global Controls 2.0 program portfolio of projects and transformation. In this role, you will apply advanced knowledge of processes, tools and methodologies associated with change management to a highly complex, global, and strategic initiatives. You will partner with the leadership to challenge ways of thinking, form relationships with key stakeholders, consult with project teams on roles, responsibilities, milestones and navigate obstacles to ultimately drive results and maximize employee engagement and adoption rates through program- wide communication and training plans.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leverage best in class methodology and tools to lead the development and deployment of proposed internal control process transformation efforts for large scale, highly complex programs portfolio.
  • Coach and consult on highly complex efforts for multiple initiatives running in parallel, including key stakeholder alignment, project communication plans, training plans and adoption of rates.
  • Partner with key resources to provide strategic change and project management thought leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, with the highest quality and to achieve maximum value.
  • Cultivate business and customer partnerships to support strategic and systemic changes across technology, process, and data areas to meet organizational goals.
  • Own lessons learned from each activity in coordination with key resources and essential leaders to ensure feedback and lessons are documented and incorporated in future initiatives.
  • Foster a strong culture of change adoption by building scalable, simplified, and standardized project change management and training tactics, including the development of an advocate network.
  • Develop and deliver multichannel project communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or other post-secondary degree

Position Information

A strong candidate has been identified for this position, however, all candidates who meet requirements will be considered.
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
