Come join us! </p> <h4><strong>About the department</strong></h4> <p>Cloudflare’s IT Business Systems Team is a crucial pillar of the CIO Organization.  It operates our enterprise systems end-to-end, providing process cohesiveness across the functional business areas</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>As a Sr Business Systems Analyst &amp; Product Owner, you are expected to be an advanced professional in the systems &amp; process design and implementation space with strong sales business process knowledge and Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will elicit, understand, and document the internal customer's business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows. You will also work with developers to create the functional specifications that meet those requirements, serve as a subject matter expert to the developers building those functions, and test the developed functionality. Based on a deep understanding of the business, best practices in Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick you will also be responsible for solution designing, developing, and managing our Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick processes and configuration</p> <p>This job requires an experienced analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions.  You will also be responsible for recommending and instituting business analysis best practices, tools and methodology towards standardization of BA deliverables and procedures.</p> <p>As a CPQ Salesforce Product Owner, you will lead the product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and roadmap of the SalesforceCPQ/Steelbrick  platform. Furthermore, you will lead the team with discovery to create a development-ready story to be handed off to the development team. An ideal candidate  is experienced with Agile framework experience including maintaining backlog in tools like JIRA,Confluence or equivalent. The candidate is also responsible for Production support and making sure the business is supported working and collaborating with team members around the globe.</p> <p>The candidate will be responsible for partnering with other Engineers, Business Analysts and Salesforce Administrators. A team player with a collaboration-oriented mindset is essential!</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, prototype, build, document, and support solutions for the Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick application. Collaborating with business partners to help shape functional requirements of the CPQ</li> <li>Deep experience in Solution design of Price Rules, Product Rules, Discounting, Product Setup and Configuration, Product Options, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approval Rules with ability to design for complex business use cases</li> <li>Understanding of Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick declarative configuration,settings,configurations to onboard new products/bundles/SKU and ownership of NPI in Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick</li> <li>Make recommendations for improvements to systems and processes to make processes and workflows more efficient and automated</li> <li>Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog according to business value for the life of the project</li> <li>Assisting with the elaboration of epics, themes, and features into user stories that are small enough, or granular enough, to be achieved in a single sprint</li> <li>Decisions on release dates and content</li> <li>Participating in daily scrum, as needed</li> <li>Participating in sprint planning meetings, reveals, and retrospectives – inspecting the product progress at the end of eve
