Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

We are looking for an Event Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team, working directly with our well-known and respected charity clients. As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in engaging local communities through face-to-face outreach, contributing to the success of our fundraising efforts, and helping us meet key objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to tasks within your team and occasionally working independently to meet team and organizational goals.

• Acting as the internal liaison between customers and charity clients, ensuring excellent communication.

• Assisting in reaching fundraising targets and contributing to community outreach initiatives.

• Attending team meetings and workshops to stay up-to-date on strategies and performance.

• Continuously striving to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service quality.

• Engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their requests are handled efficiently.

• Producing accurate, detailed reports on donations and event progress.

• Reporting weekly (or more frequently, as needed) to the Operations Director on project status.

• Developing exceptional customer service skills that align with the company's high standards.
