Full Stack Software Engineer

Allegion is looking for a Full Stack engineer to work as part of a highly engaged small team within a global organization of 12,000+ employees, representing 30+ brands (including Schlage, Von Duprin and LCN) focused on safety, security and access management.  You’ll work on solutions that will enable seamless access and help keep you and your loved ones safe and secure where they work, live and thrive.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement Cloud-based applications

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and scalability

• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and maintain code quality

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to software development best practices and coding standards.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development and apply them to enhance our software applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise in software applications, providing timely and effective solutions.
   

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in years of relevant work experience

• 0-5 years of relevant work experience

• Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and goals

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Flexibility and eagerness to learn new technologies

• Hard worker who is self-motivated

• Works well with remote teams

• Ability to communicate with multiple teams and organize work appropriately

• Passion for API consumer experience and developer experience

• Experience of REST-based API development and usage

• Experience with .NET and NodeJS

• Experience with AWS and Azure

• Experience with No-SQL Databases

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
