Warehouse Associate

Summary: 

RANDYS is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player to be part of our distribution center operations. Works with Production line to assemble, package, and maintain product in a team environment. Assist daily with general warehouse duties, such as stocking shelves, kitting, and general cleanliness of warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain production line equipment.

· Perform quality checks on products and materials.

· Monitor production line to ensure efficiency and productivity.

· Package finished products for shipment or storage.

· Clean and maintain production area to ensure safety and cleanliness.

· Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

· Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor.

· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

· Complete production reports and documentation as required.

· Assist Warehouse in pulling parts orders

· Responsible for replenishing shelves as needed

· Assist Warehouse with preparing orders for shipment

· Double check orders to ensure accuracy

· Process all orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS) system

· Assist in Loading and unloading trucks as necessary with forklift and by hand

· Monitor Inventory and accuracy

· Perform other miscellaneous duties as required

· Will conduct these responsibilities in a professional and timely manner

· Ability to learn and effectively utilize company provided software for the management of materials within manufacturing facility including, tracking purchases, receipt of materials, and return or replacement items

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 

· Have a High school diploma or equivalent

· Knowledge of hand tools and Pneumatic tool is a plus (not required) 

· Ability to stand on your feet for 8hrs

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. 

· Have general warehouse experience 

· Must have good attention to detail

· Demonstrated focus on customer service and team building

· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

· Basic computer proficiency with MS Office

Work Hours: 

1st shift: Production and/or Kitting – Monday – Friday, 6am – 3pm

Requirements

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift and experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple assignments
• Ability to safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Familiarity or experience with the use of TSP, Reach Truck or order pickers • 
• Must be able to work in environment where air temperature varies due to outdoor weather changes (i.e. hot in summer, cold in winter).
