HR Operations Specialist

Join our dynamic Team Member Services (HR) department as an HR Operations Specialist, where you'll play a key role in shaping the employee journey through their first day of employment.

What You’ll Do:
As an HR Operations Specialist, you’ll be a versatile contributor to the HR team, supporting a variety of critical functions including:

• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process and ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
• HRIS Management: Accurately maintain employee records and data integrity within our HR systems.
• Compliance & Readiness: Collaborate on initiatives to uphold TJC readiness standards.
• Administrative Excellence: Respond to benefit inquiries and complete generalist duties with precision.
• Team Support: Assist with special projects and provide hands-on support in all areas of HR.

What You Bring:

• Education: Associate’s degree required; candidates without a degree must have 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR or related experience.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to multitasking and delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.
