The pay range per hour is $20.00 - $34.00

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture on your team
• Knowledge of retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies
• Skills in planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals
• Skills in process improvements and workload efficiency
• Helping build a team of hourly team members; including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent

As a Remodel Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

• Help train and lead a knowledgeable and engaged remodel team at the direction of ETL Remodel
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Model, train and coach team member expectations to deliver the service standard.
• Enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is in stock, available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
• Help keep remodel project timely through daily planning, execution and collaboration with store and construction teams  at the direction of the ETL Remodel
• Help create a scheduling plan in partnership with the ETL Remodel to support weekly workload
• Lead and direct remodel transition process, inclusive of fixtures, signs, displays, etc. in partnership with dedicated business owners
• With the guidance from the ETL Remodel, establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations
• Help communicate weekly remodel workload and milestone progress to appropriate partners and be a conduit for information and feedback
• Work a schedule that aligns to business needs (this may include early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends)
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
