Our focus is on people and their wellbeing; the effective and efficient management of the budget; the safety and security of staff, Delegations, visitors, and of the OECD’s data; maintaining and sustaining physical and digital infrastructure; and enabling the convening power of the OECD through conferences, meetings and events, whether virtual, physical or hybrid. Ours is a fast-paced environment focused on delivering management excellence across all of our functions.</p><p><br/> <strong>THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SERVICE (EXD/HRM)</strong></p><p>Within the OECD’s Executive Directorate (EXD), the Human Resource Management Service (HRM) employs a workforce of approximately 80 staff members and is responsible for providing stewardship of the Organisation’s human capital on behalf of the Secretary-General.</p><p>Overseeing three divisions (HR Operations, the Client Services Group and the Talent Management and Analytics Group), EXD/HRM’s Head Office provides strategic HR direction, leadership in corporate and legal matters and oversight and co-ordination for the Organisation at large.</p><p><strong>THE POSITION</strong></p><p>EXD/HRM are seeking knowledgeable and experienced recruiter(s) to form a pool of candidates for current and upcoming needs. The successful candidate(s) will join the Talent Acquisition (TA) team within the Client Service Group (CSG). They will play a critical part in piloting the new talent acquisition model that is client-centric, maximises process and technology efficiencies, and provides a transparent and fair experience to all candidates. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.</p><p>In particular, the Talent Acquisition (TA) team are seeking:</p><p><strong>Recruiters:</strong></p><p>The Recruiter will play a key role in delivering high quality, timely and inclusive end-to-end recruitment at the OECD. Working closely with hiring managers, they will attract, identify, and select qualified and diverse talent. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the recruiter will lead the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing through to offering - acting as the single point of contact for both the hiring managers and candidates.  This role involves working across multiple client Directorates and building effective relationships with the clients. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at different directorates’ offices several days per week.  </p><p><strong>Evergreen and Generic Recruiters:</strong></p><p>Evergreen and generic recruitment aims to build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for regularly needed or hard to fill roles, enabling faster hiring and ensuring critical talent availability. The Recruiter will enhance existing processes and develop innovative ways of working, particularly around evergreen recruitment and building talent pipelines. They will manage recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, pool management, and candidate engagement. This role will focus on keeping talent pipelines ready and effective. In particular, they will maintain and refresh engagement with candidates in talent pools, conducting periodic check-ins, ensuring pipelines remain current, diverse, and  aligned with evolving needs.
