Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, and analyzing performance. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and eager to contribute to the success of our brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).

• Create and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Help manage the company’s website content and updates.

• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members on marketing materials.

• Maintain marketing calendars and assist with administrative tasks.

• Support event planning, logistics, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

• Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn.
