ROLE PURPOSE
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Operations Metrics & Program Portfolio Management, is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of effective and robust management information and program governance systems to inform the strategy of AD Operations. This role is key in driving superior and measurable improvements in business outcomes for clients to support the ambitious growth objectives of the firm. Specificall you will:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive metrics systems to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs); building and aligning the datasets from different sources to create actionable insights, using a “balanced scorecard” approach.
- Build enterprise portfolio management lifecycle processes from idea capture, to project definition, to business case development, to execution and delivery.
- Build and oversee the business, operational, and technology governance framework, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with the strategic roadmap of the firm.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making by promoting the use of metrics and analytics in business planning and execution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the firm to identify, define and track KPIs that impact outcomes and client service.
- Manage the business project portfolio together with key stakeholders for best outcomes within budget constraints.
- Create and maintain the processes and technology platforms required for both enterprise metrics support and for program portfolio governance.
- Be responsible for driving change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team and supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels.
- Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks.
- Maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability.
- Promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as a role model to our people, clients and customers.
PROFILE
- At least 15+ years proven experience in a consulting or services business with a track record of strategy creation, operating model design, digitization, and transformation.
- A demonstrated track record in a senior leadership role implementing and managing KPI-driven initiatives with extensive experience in asset servicing operating models and the use of global service delivery centers.
- Proficiency in project portfolio management methodologies and business metrics and analysis to inform strategic decision-making with a focus on aligning projects with KPIs for maximum impact and value.
- A deep understanding of the creation of robust service level agreements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business improvement.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder managements skills to effectively collaborate across departments and levels of the organisation.
