Senior Engineer - Cloud & Infra Management

Job description (Computer Network Support Specialists) :

• Build & Manage clusters and monitor automating cluster buildout workflow/tasks/reports, produce innovative solutions to the cluster buildout/networking/maintenance activities.
• Provide support related to networking or connectivity issues.
• Maintain logs of network activity
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting windows servers related issues.
• Cluster maintenance activities as required include node diagnostics, resolution routing and recovery.
• Monitoring target clusters in buildout progress, working with component/vendor teams to unblock/drive the deployments/networking to resolution.
• Identify the causes of networking problems, using diagnostic testing software and equipment.
• Document network support activities.
• Coordinate and execute end to end Buildout workflow.
• Experience in coordinating with external and internal teams and handling severity bridge calls during critical capacity needed.
• Analyze customer impact and suggest process changes and future improvements.
• Install new hardware or software systems or components, ensuring integration with existing network systems.
• Create or update technical documentation for network installations or changes to existing installations.
• Hands-on experience of Windows infrastructure support tools & understating of Network concepts LAN, VLAN, Switch, Router, TCP/IP etc.
• Drive daily reviews with customer.
• Run monthly network reports.
• Good to have understanding about Data Center infrastructure and Operations.
