Restaurant Supervisor - B-Lux Grill & Bar

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center. 

 

We are inviting you to apply for the Restaurant Supervisor position. In this role, you’ll be assisting in providing a fun, friendly, and attentive approach to ensure guest satisfaction is beyond expectations.  Help in training new associates, leading by example, and maintaining company standards when it comes to guest engagement and associate relations.  Assist management in administrative duties, such as inventory, scheduling, and our seating / point-of-sales system.

 

We require that you have a background, consisting of general food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations and/or supervisory positions in a hotel or resort setting. Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant is a must. B-Lux Grill & Bar is open for Lunch and Dinner Service.
