Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Technical Product Lead, shaping our technology to honor contract commitments, focused on limit revenue leakage, and ensure profit maximization in the Innovative Medicine industry located in Raritan, NJ, USA.
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Lead to join our diverse team, focusing on sell side contracting.
The Lead Analyst also serves as a primary point of contact for Government Pricing (GP) and reporting matters. The GP Lead Analyst is responsible for all aspects of government pricing in support of Federal Government programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, Federal Supply Schedule and the 340B Program.

The Corporate Business Technology Line is leading a digital transformation to better serve our customers with a specific focus on how we can most effectively use technology within our end-to-end businesses. Our product line and associated digital products serve the Innovative Medicine, who not only provide creative break throughs and outstanding health care products but are evolving J&J’s business models to better integrate, interact and enable next generation health care solutions.

This position is within the Digital Contract Management product line and will play a catalyst role in translating business needs into detailed requirements across Innovative Medicine within the contracting business processes. You will work with products that manage over $50B in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business and technology partners to understand business needs in government areas, facilitate or (co-facilitate) requirements gathering sessions, investigate solutions, and help with cost benefit analysis, to ensure the best option is selected by the business.
- Identify the current-state and future-state business processes.
- Define AI requirements, evaluate feasibility, and prioritize AI-enabled functionality.
- Help the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
- Understands and maps out sophisticated business processes to serve as reference for development of future solutions process simplification where appropriate to deliver robust and efficient solutions.
- Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed requirements specifications.
- Understand and create Business Context Diagrams, Process Flows, Baseline Frameworks, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and relevant BA deliverables.
- Develop a keen understanding of sell side contracting needs.
- Partner closely with business technology leaders and internal and external technology partners to build and support product solutions that manage over $50B in revenue. You will apply this knowledge to improve key business outcomes.
