Your ImpactAs a Registered Nurse at our healthcare facility, you will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care and ensuring their safety and comfort. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate and holistic care to our patients.
Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:Assessing and documenting patient health status and needsDeveloping and implementing individualized care plansAdministering medications and treatments as ordered by the physicianPerforming diagnostic tests and interpreting resultsCollaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and provide patient careEducating patients and their families on disease prevention and management
What to ExpectIn this role, you can expect to:- Provide direct patient care and support to the interdisciplinary team.- Utilize your clinical expertise to assess and diagnose patient conditions- Implement evidence-based nursing interventions to promote patient recovery and wellness- Advocate for patients' rights and preferences- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records- Attend training and continuing education to maintain nursing competencies- The Registered Nurse is required to have a strong foundational knowledge of all of our biomarker tests to have higher levels of conversation during IV infusions, and to answer additional questions that come from customers.- Registered Nurses are encouraged to sell additional packages including the following testing: baseline testing, including repeat testing, food sensitivity, micronutrient, genetic testing, gut health testing, and help support the patient through testing procedures.- Registered nurses are also required to understand higher-level infusions such as NAD, and Ozone therapy. By asking additional questions and understanding patients’ health objectives they can sell additional testing through answering questions.
What You'll BringWe're looking for someone who has:A current RN license in good standingAt least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care or clinic settingStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered careExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Expected CompensationThe expected compensation for this position is $60 per hour, plus benefits.
Pay and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
