Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Strategic Contextual Analyst to join our Pathfinder Strategic Client Engagement team on a REMOTE basis with occasional travel.
Pathfinder is a collaborative and consultative approach practice that drives organizational transformation for our government clients. By engaging closely with internal and external stakeholders, Pathfinder team members develop comprehensive transformational roadmaps that align senior management around key priorities and actionable strategies. The team leads complex, high-visibility projects, facilitates strategic workshops, and provides coaching on organizational strategy and stakeholder engagement. They synthesize insights from research, offer actionable recommendations, and assist clients in implementing strategic plans. Pathfinder continuously innovates and refines methodologies, offering thought leadership and best practices in strategic planning and transformation.
Job Summary
The Pathfinder Contextual Analyst will enable successful client engagements by applying program management and Agile principles to develop, coordinate, and manage interactive client experiences.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct organizational research and inquiry into clients’ strategic priorities.
Synthesize research using specific frameworks and create visual tools to guide strategic client conversations.
Communicate clearly, accurately, and purposefully through various formats and media.
Create client-facing deliverables to reflect value to our clients.
Maintain a warm, professional demeanor that fosters collaboration and engagement.
Track key deliverables, dates, milestones, and tasks, and share this information as needed to facilitate open and effective communication.
Maintain a curious mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our products, processes, and services.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of relevant project/program management experience in lieu of degree
Proven ability to cultivate relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate complex concepts both verbally and visually
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a change agent
Expert listening skills
Enthusiastic and adept in learning new skills and technological tools
Previous experience with the following: corporate strategy, workshop design, design thinking, human-centered design, Agile methodologies, classroom instruction, business analysis
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
The person in this position will be involved in the preparation and delivery of in-person presentations and workshops of varying duration, from a couple of hours to over multiple days. They will need to be able to assist with setup and execution of these events, which may involve physical arrangement of office materials like flip charts, chairs, and poster boards.
