CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment and operator of Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza restaurants has an immediate opening for a  Parts Administrator at our Warehouse Center in Topeka, KS.

Essential Functions of the Position: 

• Perform all duties and responsibilities with a friendly sense of urgency in support of our corporate objectives, including: "If you are not serving the Guest, serve someone who is." 

• Pull and ship parts orders to field restaurant locations. 

• Conduct parts inventory. 

• Prepare backorder report. 

• Update pricing lists. 

• Bill service invoices. 

• Code invoices and match to Purchase Orders. 

• Follow up on supply orders. 

• Communicate with vendors as necessary. 

• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or member of the Corporate Management team. 

Required Education and Experience: 

• High School diploma or GED required. 

• 2+ years of Warehouse or Fulfillment experience. 

• Exceptional customer service skills to support Warehouse and restaurant locations. 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

• Must be detailed orientated, self-motivated, and can take initiative. 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

• Proficiency with MS Office. 

• Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.

Physical Demands: 

To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, carry, lift, pull, and push between 0 – 50 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with the repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with some overtime. Incumbent must also be available to travel to various locations by airplane or by operating a vehicle if needed.
