The Credit Risk practice offers global and regional financial services clients the assistance needed to enhance their credit risk management capabilities in a rapidly changing business environment. We assemble experienced multidisciplinary teams, use consistent and proven global methodologies, and draw on the full breadth of EY’s global reach, depth of capabilities, and knowledge.
The objective of our Credit Risk practice is to support financial services organizations as they seek to enhance their credit risk management capabilities. You can expect to work with clients on a variety of challenging engagements, including but not limited to target operating model design and implementation, functional assessments, transformation initiatives, governance enhancement, and climate risk initiatives.

Your key responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale client engagements and consistently deliver quality client services and high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budget. You will be a project leader who is responsible for both the client relationship as well as driving team performance. Senior Managers of this level will have well-established client relationship and communications skills, working methodologies to manage his/her project(s), and be able to execute with no oversight. You will be expected to effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, provide constructive on-the-job coaching and feedback to team members, and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
You will be an active member in providing counselling and mentoring to junior consultants within the organization. Additionally, as a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for business development, leading internal initiatives, people development, and generating new client opportunities in order to further the growth of our brand, our business, and our people.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or a related discipline; an MBA or Master’s is a plus
- 10+ years of related work experience in financial services (e.g., Consulting, Program/Project Management, Banking (Client Front Office, Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Credit Analysis, etc.), ratings agency, regulatory organization) or
