Senior Data Scientist

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Takes the responsibility for introducing and developing algorithms to measure: customer (individuals and companies) value, propensity to consume and probability of default on obligation</li> <li>Understands business challenges driven from human and corporate behaviors over economic cycles</li> <li>Use quantitative and qualitative analyses and draws conclusions that support business decision-making &amp; substantiate the recommendations for appropriate improvement proposals towards clients</li> <li>Takes the responsibility for introducing, organizing and continuously improving data collection and evaluation methods for the entire customer base of the organization</li> <li>Organize, educate and manage a team of researchers</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Economics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics</li> <li>Master's degree in any of the following fields: Econometrics, Business, Finance, Behavioral Economics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematics (all topics), Statistics, Quantitative Research, Business Analytics, Computer Science</li> <li>Strong knowledge of any of the following fields: Data Science, Business Analytics, Machine Learning will be appreciated as an additional qualification</li> <li>At least 8 years of proven work experience in large enterprises or research in academia in the field of customer (individuals and companies) insights of wide scope and dispersion</li> <li>Hands on experience with Full stack Python and Pyspark development</li> <li>Very good fluency in English language </li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Attractive remuneration and benefits package</li> <li>Development opportunities in a constantly evolving environment</li> <li>Flexible work arrangements </li> <li>Inclusive work environment</li> </ul>
