Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Language Services, you will have an impact on our Language Services Team, within our Creative and Experience Capability.

You'll manage multilingual language validation projects for our biggest key account. You'll own each project from setup to delivery and work with your account management, planning, and production team colleagues, and our pool of freelance writers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Oversee language validation projects, serving as primary contact between translators, our teams and the end client.
• Brand Guardianship. You'll ensure that the content is aligned with our client's brand, style, tone of voice and wording.
• Attend client meetings to discuss projects briefs, requirements, deadlines and budgets, and to define the best linguistic Quality Assurance and localisation approach.
• Put together detailed and tailored linguistic briefs for linguists and writers and alway ensuring deliverables follow the original client brief.
• You'll be accountable for project status, ensuring linguistic quality and service always meet expectations.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience in multilingual transcreation or localisation projects.
• You're fluent in both German and English (C2 or native level), with the ability to identify specific details in general campaign briefs.
• You've used Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tools and project management tools.
• You know how to prioritise tasks.
• You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
• You are great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
• Periodic travel might be required, so you must hold a valid passport.
