We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Lifecycle Automation IT Analyst in Morton, IL.

Job Summary:

  • As a Lifecycle Automation IT Analyst, you will drive the automation and continuous improvement of aftermarket tools and processes. This individual will lead the development and enhancement of Microsoft Power Platform solutions—including Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint—to streamline processes, improve functionality, and elevate the user experience. Working closely with the Business Analytics team, you will translate business needs into scalable digital solutions, guide tool evolution, and ensure alignment with operational goals. This role serves as the central coordinator of tool and process automation, functionality, managing change requests, prioritizing enhancements, and delivering impactful updates that support data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the enhancement and automation of existing tools to improve functionality, usability, and overall user experience
  • Manage Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint) used across lifecycle and aftermarket processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Analytics team to identify opportunities for tool improvements and data-driven decision-making.
  • Guide the design, development, and deployment of new features and workflows within lifecycle and aftermarket tools / processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for lifecycle tool-related change requests, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and support resources to ensure effective adoption and usage of tools.
  • Monitor tool performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all lifecycle management platforms.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver impactful solutions.

What You Have (Required Skills):

  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
