Servicing Oversight Program Manager

As the Servicing Special Financing Oversight Program Manager, you will be responsible for the Servicing and the management of Special Financing products including HELOCs and Construction to Permanent Financing One Time Close. This position will develop and maintain policies, procedures, processes, controls, coordination, metrics, reporting, and vendor oversight report cards.

 

Position Location: Remote, work from home 

 

What you will do:

• HELOC's: 
  • Act as Servicing HELOC SME and product expert.
  • Primary oversight of the HELOC sub-servicer while handling the loan during the interim period.
  • Work closely with several teams including but not limited to; Closing, Servicing, and Accounting through the sale and transfer to a permanent servicer.
  • Daily management of loan level and process level activities and controls.
  • Coordinates and reconciles all potential draw activities during the interim servicing with Fairway accounting and external parties.
  • Resolve all loan-level escalations involving closing, accounting, The Street, the customer, and external parties up to Fairway standards.
  • Oversee contract management performance, sub-servicer scorecards, and approves invoices.
• Construction
  • Act as Servicing Construction to Permanent SME and product expert.
  • Primary oversight of the Construction to Permanent Financing sub-servicer while handling the loan during the interim period.
  • Work closely with several teams including but not limited to; Closing, Servicing, and Accounting through the sale and transfer to a permanent servicer.
  • Daily management of loan level and process level activities and controls.
  • Coordinates and reconciles all potential draw activities during the interim servicing with Fairway accounting and external parties.
  • Resolve all loan-level escalations involving closing, accounting, The Street, the customer, and external parties up to Fairway standards.
  • Oversee contract management performance, sub-servicer scorecards, and approves invoices.
  • Manager oversight of the Construction to Permanent Financing through loan modification, and sale and transfer of the loan to the final investor and servicer.
• Cross-train to support critical cash department and investor reporting teams.
• Perform ad-hoc and on-demand research audit requests and special projects as needed.

What we are looking for:

• 15+ years of Financial Services experience
• 10+ years of Servicing experience - ICE MSP preferred
• 10+ years of project or vendor management experience
• 5+ years of HELOC experience
• 5+ years of Construction to Permanent Financing experience
• 5+ years of Origination experience
