Data Integration Lead

Required Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on Computer Science, IT, Engineering with related experiences. • Ability to manage to strict deadlines as well as prioritize and perform tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Strong in multitasking, completing sprint goals and managing changing priorities. • Ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently and effectively. Required Skills • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills. • Knowledge in reporting for the purposes of system analysis, testing, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as MSOffice and SQL. • Skilled in documentation writing of business requirements, release notes, user guides. • Skilled in the system analysis and software testing by leveraging SQL, JIRA, or other tools. • Proficiency in the use of presentation tools and methods; skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools (Excel, Tableau) and strong analytical thinking. • Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology. • Ability to prioritize effectively and see the “big picture”. • Knowledge of user-centered design principles. • Ability to work with large teams and a variety of people, including users, product development team members and management team members 5+ years experience Preferred skills (but not required) • System analysis and development skills in Salesforce"
