You must have disciplined work habits and be a strong team player.  We believe that our bottles are the highest quality available, and you will be a key member ensuring this quality remains second to none. This position reports to our facility located in Morgan Hill, CA. 

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment
• Ability to execute order management system transactions effectively and accurately.
• Performing accurate cycle counting
• Perform physical and administrative tasks involve shipping, receiving, and warehousing of product.
• Unload and check raw product against PO’s and maintain records of product received.
• Unload products from containers (lifting to 60 lbs.) and operate material handling equipment.
• Able to operate forklifts safely and effectively.
• Pull and stage orders for manufacturing team as needed.
• This position reports to the site Warehouse Manager
• Work under the general direction of the Sr. Warehouse Specialist for duties related to cycle counting and physical warehouse space management.
• Excellent communication skills, (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to work both within and across teams to ensure work is completed with appropriate input from others.
• Forklift operation license required.

 

Pay

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

• California Base Pay Range: $19.92-$26.39

At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
