Come work with one of the most innovative cycling brands in the world! We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist for our Custom Water Bottle (CWB) division. You must have disciplined work habits and be a strong team player. We believe that our bottles are the highest quality available, and you will be a key member ensuring this quality remains second to none. This position reports to our facility located in Morgan Hill, CA.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment
- Ability to execute order management system transactions effectively and accurately.
- Performing accurate cycle counting
- Perform physical and administrative tasks involve shipping, receiving, and warehousing of product.
- Unload and check raw product against PO’s and maintain records of product received.
- Unload products from containers (lifting to 60 lbs.) and operate material handling equipment.
- Able to operate forklifts safely and effectively.
- Pull and stage orders for manufacturing team as needed.
- This position reports to the site Warehouse Manager
- Work under the general direction of the Sr. Warehouse Specialist for duties related to cycle counting and physical warehouse space management.
- Excellent communication skills, (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to work both within and across teams to ensure work is completed with appropriate input from others.
- Forklift operation license required.
Pay
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
- California Base Pay Range: $19.92-$26.39
At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
