Virtual Remote Engagement Pharmaceutical Program Manager

We have a current opportunity for a Virtual Remote Engagement Pharmaceutical Program Manager. This person will lead a new team of Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and Remote Reimbursement Managers. Use your leadership ability to guide this team to success. Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $150K - $155K. The salary range displayed may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees, certifications, and other relevant factors.

Position Summary: 

The Virtual Remote Engagement Program Manager is responsible for a team of pharmaceutical Virtual Sales Representatives and Reimbursement Managers to achieve goals, deliver results and ensure client satisfaction. This role is responsible working with Amplity leadership and the client to execute program deliverables successfully.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Translate program requirements, based on the executed Statement of Work, into strategic initiatives for successful execution of contractual deliverables
  • Ensure effective communications with Client
  • Monitor contract deliverables in support of the team to ensure achievement of contract KPIs and requirements
  • Manage remote/virtual team in all areas of their employment:
  • Communicate team objectives that promote teamwork and create a strong sense of shared goals among team members
  • Conduct cube rides and deliver timely and constructive feedback on quality and content of their calls as per expectations set by the client.
  • Monitor team productivity, workload and outputs ensuring compliance with policies and processes and addressing issues as they arise
  • Create a team-oriented, productive, and positive work environment by developing and mentoring team members through individual and team meetings
  • Monitor employee compliance with all company policies and procedures and engage/work with Amplity Compliance to resolve issues and follow up with disciplinary action when needed
  • Manage employee relations on the team, engaging Amplity Human Resources when appropriate
  • Provide coaching and support for assigned team by observing product discussions, selling skills and providing feedback in collaboration with the Program Director
  • Support the team by managing metric and sales reporting on a regular basis     
  • Responsible for the hiring and selection process for backfills and new positions
  • Provide new product, sales, compliance and Amplity training for new employees
  • Assist team with utilization of all technology requirements: CRM use, activity reports, sales reports and others as needed
  • Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws, corporate HR policies and personnel policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution required
  •  Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical management experience with proven record of success
  • Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience desired
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Willingness to work in all US time zones
  • Residence in either the Eastern or Central time zone preferred
  • Rare disease experience a plus
  • Experience using digital technology including Teams, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRMs successfully
