As an Executive Assistant, you will: 

  • Manage, protect, and maintain executive’s calendars. 
  • Book and secure travel when needed for the team 
  • Take meeting notes, manage action items, and assist in running meetings when needed.  
  • Manage G suite documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.  
  • Strategically plan and execute team offsites and events. 
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Workplace and Employee Experience teams
  • Seamlessly handle multiple projects and priorities at once. 
  • Act as a mentor and cultural ambassador for the company 
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships both inside and outside of Amplitude. 
  • Maintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgment and discretion

You'll be a great addition to the team if:

  • You're strategic, adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • You consider yourself a true multi-tasker,  are detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills 
  • You are a team player and are ready to jump in to help a fellow EA, the larger Workplace team or Ampliteer when needed. 
  • You consider yourself calm, helpful, and/or creative in stressful situations. 
  • You think of yourself as a slide deck guru (PowerPoint/ Google Slides) and you have an eye for formatting presentations 
  • You are passionate about building strong and trustful relationships with not just your executive and team but all employees.
  • Bonus points if you have experience working with rapidly moving, multi-faceted teams.
