We are expanding our Procurement team and looking for 2 Indirect Procurement Assistants based in Swarzędz (PL) and Andover (UK). These roles will support procurement operations for the UK, Poland, and global teams — helping to manage growing project demands, implement automation, and improve procurement efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple procurement projects
• Manage catalogues and outline agreements in SAP
• Assist with process automation using Ariba Guided Buying and SAP S/4HANA
• Contribute to continuous improvement (CI) and catalogue optimization
• Collaborate with Category Leads and cross-country procurement teams

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement or a related area or a fresh graduate 
• Familiarity with SAP or Ariba
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage tasks
• Communicative English (B2 level or higher) and Polish
• Engaged mindset and willingness to learn and grow
