Job Description

Location: Foster City, CA 

Schedule: Full Time Hours: 0800 – 1700

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to identify, evaluate, and prioritize through coordinated resources to monitor, minimize, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events
  • Communicate risk notifications and alerts with clarity and professionalism to the appropriate parties as required per the standard operating procedures
  • Actively monitor all tools and resources provided to identify and assess possible incidents; maintain proficiency with tracking and communications platforms
  • Proficiently research possible incidents, either discovered from resources provided, or provided by 3rd party partners
  • Gather and record contact information
  • Gather and analyze data as specified by client site.
  • Complete all mandatory client training including, but not limited to: EHS, GMP/GxP, HAZMAT response, or other training that may be required by government regulation or customary in the industry

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms
  • In-depth understanding of modern database and information technologies
  • Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting it to management
  • Thorough understanding of management and data administration duties such as collection, analysis, and distribution
