Job Description
- Assists in managing SAP Work Orders, including, but not limited to releasing and printing work orders.
- Manage the Forklift Fleet by working with vendors/contractors to ensure that repairs and PMs are done in a timely fashion.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and budgets as pertaining to the maintenance department and capital project group
- Maintain the Weekly KPI report.
- Manage SAP workflow.
- Review maintenance contracts to ensure that all contractual obligations are met by all parties involved.
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are met, and budgets are adhered to.
- Coordinate with other members of management to develop plans for improving company facilities, equipment, or processes.
Qualifications
Critical knowledge: High School diploma, or equivalent; Associates degree/certification in business management preferred.
Critical experience: Minimum 3 years in business management or accounting experience; SAP experience.
Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities: Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, capable of operating a forklift, continuous learning, applied learning, teamwork, managing work & time, safety awareness.

- Travel Requirements – minimal
- Two years current position preferred, candidates who have been in their current position a minimum of one year will be considered if they have the approval of their current business unit leader and hiring business unit leader (requirement for internal applicants only)
